Review methodology

Last reviewed

Our review methodology has six steps. 1) Order: we buy the product through Sugargoo with our own money, using standard shipping. 2) Warehouse check: we review Sugargoo QC photos for stitching, print alignment, color, and measurements. 3) Hands-on inspection: we measure length, width, weight, and material feel. 4) Fit or use test: for apparel, we wear each item at least three times; for accessories, we use them for a week. 5) Comparison: we place the item next to a retail equivalent or a previous batch. 6) Score: we assign a hands-on score across the full 1 to 5 scale and explain its criteria. We also record agent timing from payment to warehouse and warehouse to doorstep. We do not score items we have not handled. Changed listings, batches or service conditions require reassessment, with the new evidence and date identified.

Scope of the findings

The review states the size, batch and reference used. Three wears or a week of accessory use describe the scope of the observation and do not establish indefinite durability or every batch's quality.
